Become a Dealer

These Terms and Conditions apply to every sale of FLYING-HOBBY Products. For the purpose of this agreement, the term “FLYING-HOBBY Products” refers to products manufactured, distributed, and supplied by FLYING-HOBBY.

 

1. PRICES:

Unless otherwise covered by program pricing or in price set out in FLYING-HOBBY’s published price list, in effect at the time, FLYING-HOBBY’s price(s) for the sale of the product(s) will remain in effect for thirty (30) days from the date of FLYING-HOBBY’s quotation. FLYING-HOBBY’s prices do not include applicable taxes which may be charged to the dealer by your local custom at the destination country.

 

2. MINIMUM ORDER:

A minimum order of $200.00 USD for each shipment is required for transport shipments. Orders not meeting minimum can be shipped but may be subject to an additional surcharge for your delivery area. A minimum order of $2000.00 USD per month is required to keep your dealer account validate, or FLYING-HOBBY reserves the right to cancel any dealer account that do not meet the minimum order requirement.

 

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT: 

Subject to approval of FLYING-HOBBY’s credit department, the dealer shall pay FLYING-HOBBY the price of the product(s) provided before shipment unless otherwise negotiated. Bank Transfer, PayPal, Master Card and Visa are accepted.

 

4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF TITLE AND RISK:

All delivery dates quoted by FLYING-HOBBY are approximate only. For some Pre-order products, the estimated date of delivery may vary due to changes in supplier’s policy or marketing purpose.

 

5. SHIPPING AND FREIGHT: 

Except Pre-order products, all products included on dealer orders will be shipped within 2 working days, subject to availability. FLYING-HOBBY will make every attempt to turn orders within 24 hours and accommodate rush orders.

 

6. CARRIERS:

FLYING-HOBBY provides Airmails, EMS, DHL, and FedEx shipping, dealers can choose his preferred carrier for shipments. The shipping cost shown on the checkout section of the website is only a estimated price according to the weight and volume of the order, and differs by carriers. FLYING-HOBBY will recalculate and provide a reasonable shipping cost after receiving the orders.

 

7. CLAIMS & RETURNS:

FLYING-HOBBY accepts goods for return that were purchased from FLYING-HOBBY within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in its ORIGINAL packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, mounting and installing a gyro on the helicopter, installing radio parts in a model, starting assembly of kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are examples of what constitutes used merchandise. FLYING-HOBBY does not consider a parcel lost until receiving a missing parcel report from the Hong Kong Postmaster. Once the missing parcel report received, the parcel can be replaced within 5 days. FLYING-HOBBY does not refund or replacing missing parcels due to wrong address given, failed to pick up, or lost in transit while sending back to FLYING-HOBBY.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED GOODS: All claims for damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS: Returns must be authorized by FLYING-HOBBY and a RMA number must be applied to the shipping documents. FLYING-HOBBY cannot process a request for return of goods without a FLYING-HOBBY issued RMA number.

RETURN CHARGES: Returned required as a result of customer error must be shipped freight pre-paid and are subject to a 15%~50% re-stocking charge. If paid by credit card or PayPal, the transaction fee (+/- 3.5%) will be subtracted. Also shipping fees will be subtracted from the total. 

 

8. WARRANTY:

FLYING-HOBBY will, at its option, repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship for any products found defected. Customers must send photos of faulty items as a proof for warranty. FLYING-HOBBY does not warrant any damage due to crash of aircrafts of vehicles under any circumstances. BESC and electronic components are tested for correct polarity and voltage used prior to be replaced. FLYING-HOBBY are not responsible for any improper use and installation of products. Products must be returned to FLYING-HOBBY for replacement, regardless of the cost or condition of the products. Shipping fees are not refundable once the goods have been shipped.
